The Electoral College
The electoral college is a convoluted, inefficient, outdated way of selecting a President, which fact alone more or less guarantees its persistence as a government institution. It was intended to prevent the election of incompetent and/or immoral Presidents.
It has failed.
We should scrap it.
Daylight Savings Time
Does anybody even remember anymore what the point of daylight savings time was?
Most people are of the opinion we should pick a time and stick with it. Sadly, the government doing a simple, easy, free thing that most people want is ..... well, it is to laugh.
